- Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes & deodorant.
- Remove jewellery before swimming, showering and heavy exercise.

Our lifetime warranty allows you to replace your item, once, under warranty at Recanti expense. You receive a lifetime warranty & authenticity email with every purchase.
Our lifetime warranty covers:
- Fading/ tarnishing
- Broken clasps
- Missing stones
- Manufacturer defects
Our lifetime warranty does not cover:
- Intentional breakages
- Stolen items
- Water damage
- Scratches
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for repair or replacement.

We have a dedicated tracking page where you can track your order right here by entering in your order number from the confirmation email.

If you wish to cancel your order or change any details please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email and we'll do our best to accommdate.
If your order has already been dispatched then we we will not be able to change or cancel the order.

Please consider that due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual, unfortunately beyond our control.

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.
We are happy to extend till 30 days during the Christmas period.
Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:
1. Send us an email at support@carder-amsterdam.com
With the following information:
*order number
*which pieces you are going to return or exchange
*(+ which replacement you want of course!).
We will send you our return form.
2. Fill in the return form. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package.
4. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.
Please note : Unfortunately for items purchased during the sale, Recanti does not offer the option to return them for a refund. These items can only be offered for shop credit.
